Personal Coaching
If you are looking to complete your first triathlon, swim, cycling or running event or make a personal best time then this option is for you. Coaching is completely customized to your personal needs/goals and allows for adjustments to fit your busy lifestyle and includes feedback on how you are progressing and more!

One on one Coaching:
*only available to TPW Personally Coached Athletes, within the GTA/<20min drive, with Miranda, Adam or Brenda
- In person coaching (OWS/bike/run): $75+HST/session (30-45min), $115+HST (60-75min), $155+HST (1.5-2hrs)
- Swim video analysis: $175+HST/60min (initial session) or $125+HST/30min (follow up)
- Lactate Testing = $125+HST/test
Additional fees apply if > 20min drive
Training Plans:
Personalized Training Plan. ($110+HST/month + $100 set up consultation)
Training plans will be designed by Miranda to help you meet a specific goal and promote consistency in your training. While a training plan is not as effective as having a coach, it is better than not following a plan at all. There is no feedback given for completed workouts and you have to make the adjustments yourself if conflict arises. Email communication is included for the training plan, if you have a question about the workout(s) but not for schedule changes/feedback. Access to the TPW Facebook group is also included, for group support. Testing ($125+HST/test) and phone consultations ($100+HST) to discuss your progress are available.
For training plans, you must have a Basic Training Peaks account (Premium is recommended to you can rearrange workouts to suit your schedule), heart rate monitor, watch that monitors distance/speed/pace, and a SMART trainer or power meter is recommended.
Coaching Consultations (45-60min): $100+HST
This is done over the phone or zoom and would be beneficial if you follow a training plan already, but have questions about how to personalize the program a bit more to suit your goals. Or, if you have questions specific to triathlon or about a race coming up. This is done over the phone or on Zoom and includes a follow email of what was discussed.
