Run Group Information
Meeting Spot: Home base will be at Starbucks (click link to view location)
Parking:
- Remembrance Drive
- Ontario Place lot across from W hotel
*there is also a bike rack right by Starbucks if you choose to bike over
What to bring:
- Water bottle *there is a re-fill station
- Run gear and clothing
- Mask
- Recommend leaving valuables at home or having a run pouch to carry it on you
Schedule:
7am - Warmup on your own
7:15am - Regroup, meet at Starbucks for Mobility, Activation and Dills
7:20am - You can find the workout at www.trainingpeaks.com (Username: TPWtraining, Password: October) or see below to get it imported to TrainingPeaks
8:00am: Cool down, debrief and Starbucks :)
*Note that times will be 15 minutes earlier June to September.
